Shipping

Orders ship within 1 business day from our studio. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, and you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves. Shipping is free on orders over the amount shown at the top of every page.

Cash on delivery

Prefer to pay when your order arrives? Choose cash on delivery at checkout and have the exact amount ready for the courier.

Returns

Changed your mind? Return unused items within 30 days for a full refund. Kits with opened paint pots can’t be returned, but damaged or faulty items are always replaced free of charge — just send us a photo through the contact page.
